FALL 2011 BOOK DISCUSSION SERIES

FAMILY ALBUMS

In the course of a lifetime, we usually belong to several families. First is the family we grew up with. We may marry and create one or more families of our own. Our children, grown and independent, leave us with the remnants of family life. Perhaps they are scattered, but they still belong to us. We also have an important "family" or friends whom we do not want to lose. Each of these concentric family circles profoundly affects the others and helps shape our personalities, our life choices and our relationships with the larger world.
